Easy way

a)Use Ignois Magic Eraser Two times(-32 elemental attack)

b)Lower defenses three times(-33 dont enchant the attack you will lose some advantage). Equip confuse immunity for easy win. Use Digsy first use unbreakable up your defenses then when its up by four turns lower the defenses of the elementum by 3 turns use some potions any easy win.

Trick 4. Defeating Water elementum 

Use Deep Sleep Lower Defenses and Attack.

  Trick 5. Defeating Lightning Elementum 

Lower defenses Do not bother for rile After about 5 turns debuffing when you are about to die Just hit for the critical hit. Plain and easy.
